Community Corner

Pilates/Barre & Yoga Studios Spring Ahead Open House

Core Elements and Yoga Mandala invite the community to their

Spring Ahead Open House, FRIDAY MARCH 14, 2014 from 5:00-7:30pm.

Banish Winter and get
ready for Spring with a sampling of diverse Core Elements and Yoga Mandala
classes and a celebration of mind, body and spirit.  You’ll also meet other local, small businesses
who support your wellbeing and the flourishing studios in Winchester. If you've
not yet visited the studios, are new to the neighborhood, or simply in the mood
for Spring, owners Beth Maher of Core Elements and Nicole Grant of Yoga
Mandala, welcome you!

We would love for this Spring Ahead Open House event to be our
‘thank you’ to the amazing community that has made Core Elements and Yoga Mandala a local success.  We also want to open the doors to anyone who may be curious, but perhaps a bit reticent to try a class.  Spring is the
perfect time to add movement back into our lives, to open our hearts, and to
work on improving our strength, our posture, and our overall wellbeing.
The feedback we receive is the best reward.  Clients tell us they no longer have chronic headaches, others say their back has never felt better, and we often hear from our clients that doing core and yoga classes have helped their tennis or running regimens.  The dedication our clients have is truly inspirational.

Core Elements and Yoga Mandala will be hosting their Spring Ahead Open House event on location at 750 Main Street, Side Entrance, Second Floor, in the convenient and inviting Winchester studios on Friday March 14,
2014. Doors will open 5:00-7:30pm with a diverse array of sample classes and
other local mind/body participants:

Core Elements, founded by Beth Maher of Winchester, and Yoga
Mandala
, co-founded by Winchester resident Nicole Grant,
emerged as two of the first, locally owned, women-operated studios in
Winchester Center offering a wide variety of outstanding core fitness and yoga
classes. Some of these include: Core Strength & Conditioning, Barre
classes, High-Intensity Interval Training classes as well as Vinyasa Flow Yoga,
Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Qi Gong & Tai Chi, Prenatal Yoga, Children's
and Young Teen's Yoga for Girls, and Journey Dance.

The two practices share spacious studio spaces at 750 Main
Street in Winchester, on the second floor. The entrance is located to the side
of the building with convenient parking out front or in the adjacent/rear
parking lot.

Core Elements and Yoga Mandala share a vision of creating a
safe environment and community where students and teachers join together to
embrace inner strength, balance, and peace. They welcome women and men of all
ages, fitness levels, and goals, and encourage young children and teens to
engage in their own wellbeing through fitness and yoga.
