Arlington Hair Cuttery Participates in HAIRraising to Benefit Children's Hospital Boston

Hair Cuttery, the largest family-owned and operated chain of hair salons in the country, will participate in HAIRraising, a regional cut-a-thon to benefit Children's Hospital Boston.  Hair Cuttery, in partnership with the HAIRraising organization, will offer $10 haircuts at all New England Hair Cuttery salons, including the Arlington salon at 1408 Massachusetts Avenue in the Arlington Village Shops, on September 26th with 100% of proceeds benefitting the hospital.

On September 26th, the 36 salons in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire will remain open after hours from 5 pm – 8 pm to participate in the cut-a-thon.  "We are very excited to partner with John Frieda and his HAIRraising campaign to benefit Children's Hospital Boston," says Dennis Ratner, Founder and CEO of Hair Cuttery.  "We believe in doing good things for great causes, and there is no cause as great as Children's Hospital Boston."

Founded by renowned stylist John Frieda and his longtime business partner Gail Federici, HAIRraising enlists the hairdressing industry to benefit children's hospitals worldwide.  After launching the program in London to raise funds for a state-of-the-art operating theater at the largest pediatric neurosciences centre in the U.K., HAIRraising is now bringing its efforts to the U.S. to benefit Children's Hospital Boston.
