Yoga Tuesdays at Mountain Strength Crossfit!

Looking to learn or practice yoga in a comfortable environment? Join me Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm at Mountain Strength Crossfit on Cross Street in Winchester! 

   Cool down those sore muscles while building flexibility. Experience this gentle moderate level class perfect for all levels. Beginners welcome! We'll safely explore stretching a variety of muscle groups while learning yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) and postures (asanas).

    Mats, straps and blocks provided, though you're welcome to bring your own! Feel free to bring anything else you need to be comfortable like a pillow and a blanket or sweatshirt for savasana. Reserve your space in advance online.
