One of the greatest things you can give yourself is optimal health. It requires you to take charge of your own health. When you change your bad habits, it helps empower you and is one of the many steps to support your long-term goal of optimal health.

I will use this blog to share some habits that you can adopt to change your life. The program is called Take Shape For Life. It changed my life. I've lost 15 lbs, I'm the happiest I've been in years and I'm super energetic. I've been so empowered by the program that I've become a health coach. I want to help you. If you need to recharge, go for a walk through a park. Strolling amid greenery improves recall and focus; hoofing it on city streets, in contrast, has no such effect, a study from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor finds. (It’s tough to relax when you’re dodging others on the sidewalk!)
