Im disappointed that the activities for the kids are never on the weekends. I would love to let my kids attend. But its a school night. They have homework and studing to do. It would be great if these kinds of things were done on the weekends. Thanks Ms. Disappointed

wow... lady did you just say that. How much studying and homework does an elementary aged kid have? Im sure you could spear them one night of "studying" so they can join the hundreds of their normal peers that will be there. I guess you call yourself ms disappointed because nothing can make you happy.

I agree with Ms. Disappointed. I have young children and I think that a Saturday or Sunday would work better for this type of event. Also it gets dark by 5:00. Why not start the tree lighting then? Then everyone can be home by 7:00 or 8:00. If kids have homework then they could finish things and get to bed at a recent time.
