Shop fresh and shop local at Mahoney’s Winter “farmers-plus” Market. Under the cover of warm, summer-like greenhouses, the market is open every Saturday, from January 11 to March 15 between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. Mahoney’s in Winchester will host local farmers and artisans to feature root vegetables, herbs, fruits, cheeses, meats, seafood, baked breads, desserts, and olive oils, plus select jewelry and clothing.
“Each year it’s amazing to see the variety of fresh vegetables grown right here in New England during the winter months,” says Pamela Vasques, event coordinator for Mahoney’s Garden Centers. “Plus, with all the other delicious foods and vendors – it doesn’t get any better than this.”
