In Memory of Robert Fiorenza
This past week, Winchester lost a prominent resident in Robert Fiorenza. Although funeral services have already passed, here is an obit of Fiorenza and his life-long connection with Winchester.

Robert was a life-long Winchester resident, Winchester High School class of 1969. He was a Graduate of Fisher College and completed Harvard Business School Extension Study.
Robert owned a sub shop downtown and a doughnut shop on Washington Street in the 70's, and a candy store downtown. He was co-owner of Roast Beef Round-up in Woburn in the 80's. He has been a real estate broker in Winchester for 40 years, owning his business, Robert C. Fiorenza Real Estate for 38 years, before joining Re/Max Leading Edge in 2010.

With his vast experience he was able to offer multiple services in addition to Residential /Commercial Brokerage he specialized in Rentals & Property Management, Property Restoration, Investor Opportunities, Condominium Conversions, Consulting and Appraising from Bungalows to Mansions & Butcher Shops to Bowladromes.
Robert served his Town in multiple capacities for many years, as a Town Meeting member, precinct chair, member of the Zoning Board of appeals and Bellino Park committee. He was elected to the Winchester Housing Authority, serving as Chair and Vice Chair and severed on Town and State of MA Board to Manage & Develop Affordable & Elderly Housing.

Robert was the son of Diego and Mary Cotrone Fiorenza, and was predeceased by his older brother Carl.
He is survived by his wife Susan Morrison Fiorenza, four sons, Michael R., Brian D., Daniel J. and Adam M., his siblings, Anna, Richard, Mary Lou and husband David Smith, and granddaughter, Angela, several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
Robert enjoyed spending time at the ocean, and on his boat, but most enjoyed spending time with his family. He supported his sons in all their endeavors including wrestling, football and scouting. He was always available to offer advice and would do anything he could to help anyone.
