The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to a prosperous and sustainable future for our nation through cost-efficient and energy-saving green buildings. The USGBC works toward its mission of market transformation through its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building program.

Foley joined the RE/MAX team in January 2012 with the goal of increasing energy performance and sustainability in the communities that RE/MAX Leading Edge serves. His combination of real estate experience and energy management skills make him uniquely qualified to serve buyers and sellers of high performance homes.

“Massachusetts is at the leading edge of energy efficiency in this country. The legislation, initiatives, and incentives recently passed (and in the works) in the Commonwealth will change the skills real estate agents need to serve buyers and sellers of property in our region,” Foley said.

“When we brought Craig on board as our Chief of Energy Solutions in 2012 it was with the intention of reinforcing our commitment to better serving our clients, and the communities that we live in,” said Eileen Hamblin, broker/owner of RE/MAX Leading Edge.

Paul Mydelski adds, “Craig has been an invaluable resource for our company.  We’re thrilled to have a RE/MAX team member working on these important issues in the greater community, his input will only serve to strengthen the Commonwealth’s attention to energy efficiency and sustainability.”
