The Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry keeps data on how many level three offenders live, work and go to school in each community.
Below is a breakdown per town. Often, there is some overlap in the number of sex offenders working in each town. For instance, an offender can live and work in a certain town and that number would be reflected in both the work and living columns even though it accounts for one person.
Arciero filed a bill that would put information about "Level 2" sex offenders online. The information would likely include their names, addresses, and photos.
Currently, people have to go down to their local police departments to get that information.
