New Hampshire Police Arrest Winchester Man

John Giacalone is charged with Uttering a Forged Prescription.

After completing a month long investigation into the crime of Uttering a Forged Prescription, the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigation Unit this week arrested 35-year-old John Giacalone of Winchester.

According to information released by Sgt. Paul T. Hardcastle of the NH State Police, Giacalone was wanted on NH warrants that charged him with two counts of Uttering a Forged Prescription.

Giacalone was arrested in Massachusetts by the Middlesex Sheriff’s Department before he waived extraditition and was transported back to New Hampshire.

Giacalone is due into the 10th District Court, District Division Seabrook in New Hampshire on Sept. 26. He will then appear in the 7th Circuit Court, District Division Dover on Sept. 27.
