Police Arrest Winchester Man After Malden Stabbing
The following information was supplied by the Malden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Police arrested a man they accuse of stabbing a friend during an argument on Eastern Ave. in Malden Friday night.
Inaldo Nevarez, 49, of 336 Cambridge St. in Winchester, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, as well as a count of armed assault to murder.
“The two knew each other and have been having an ongoing issue,” Lt. Detective Marc Gatcomb said.

The victim's name was not released, and suffered a non-lethal leg wound in the attack.
