She looked at her account online and saw another seven transactions that were made without her knowledge. She also received car parts at her address, which she never ordered and sent them back.

August 2, 4:22 p.m. – Winchester Police arrived at Arthur Street where there was a report of harassing phone calls being made. The family told police that on August 1 from 7:30 p.m. until about 10 p.m. they received phone calls saying that their son had stolen the caller's paper and he wanted to meet up to beat him up.

The police traced the call to an address on Wendell Street where the homeowner informed police he had received similar calls. The officer believed the prank caller used phonegangster in order to mask his real number. He informed the two families if the calls continue to notify police.

August 3, 1:07 p.m. – As Winchester Police were driving along Cross Street they noticed a green Nissan Sentra without a front license plate driving in the opposite direction. Police observed the driver, Flavio Santos, as being nervous when he saw the cop car and he sped up as he passed the police cruise. When the officer made a u-turn to follow Santos, he made a left turn down Marion Street, as it seemed like he was trying to avoid the police.

As the police turned to follow the vehicle, the officer noticed the end of the car pulling into a driveway. The officer pulled up in front of the house and ran the plates through the computer. It turned out that the license plate number did not belong on that car.

When the officer approached the driver, Santos told police, "I'm sorry officer, I'm not going to lie, the plates do not belong on this car…I have to be hones. I saw your car and did not know what to do. I do not live here or know who's driveway this is."

Santos was issued a criminal citation for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, wrongfully attaching plates and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

August 3, 3:06 p.m. – Police were called to a Swanton Street apartment to investigate a disturbance. When the officers entered the room the apartment was torn apart. There were pictures knocked over, tables tipped on their sides and a number of other items scattered throughout the floor.

Police interviewed the resident of the apartment who stated that the woman he was living with was in a bad mood that night and started throwing things at him. He didn't want to restrain her so he called his mother who called police. The police spoke to the woman and dropped her off at the Swanton Street Diner to be picked up by her mother. The man informed her that she could sleep in his apartment that night if she needs a place to stay.

August 3, 8:16 p.m. – Winchester Police arrived at Atherton Road where a man showed police his wife's car, a 1995 Buick Century. There were some scratches on the hood of the car and a brand new windshield.

The husband informed police that during the night someone had thrown a rock through the windshield, and it was laying on the hood Tuesday morning at 5 a.m.
