Police Log: Haverhill Man Arrested for Selling Drugs

The following information was supplied by the Winchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Dec. 27 – Joshua Dicesare, 22, of 13E Forest Acres Drive Apt. E in Haverhill, was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to distribute a Class D substance (marijuana) and drug violation near a school/park (Turtlefuns Day Care in Woburn). According to police, Dicesare was taken into custody during an ongoing Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force and WPD investigation. Police said Dicesare has allegedly been selling marijuana in both Woburn and Winchester.

10:30 a.m. – A Church Street man had his car – a 2001 white Ford Escape – stolen from in front of his house sometime Monday night.

6:36 p.m. – A Thornberry Road resident told police that a Rottweiler, owned by a Squire Road resident got loose and started circling her on the sidewalk, barking at her.

The woman told police that this is not the first tome the dog got loose, and the owner of the dog became confrontational with her. Officers told the woman that they will forward the complaint to the dog officer.

8:01 p.m. – A 21-year-old Winchester resident was summonsed for possession of marijuana with an intent to distribute.

Wednesday, Dec. 28, 6:54 p.m. – Debris and a construction fence being used at the Vinson-Owen construction site blew into Johnson Road due to the strong winds Wednesday afternoon.

Thursday, Dec. 29, 8:45 a.m. – An Elmwood Avenue resident parked her car along Church Street. The woman told police that some time Wednesday night, someone through a computer tower onto her car windshield, smashing it.
