The man told police that the other vehicle was driving very fast right behind him and as he slowed down to turn into his driveway, the Mitsubishi, driven by a Williamstown resident, veered to the left and struck his car.

The man said he went over to the woman's car and as she drove off, he hit the hood of her car.

9:45 a.m. – The manager of the Parkview apartments on Swanton Street received complaints from a number of tenants regarding an odor emanating from one of the units.

Winchester Police knocked on the door and a woman eventually answered.

Lt. Carl Fuller of the Winchester Police Department was only able to open the door halfway. According to Lt. Fuller, the odor smelled as though something was rotting.

Upon entering the home, he observed multiple bugs flying around, and trash, “piled as high as my chest.” According to the police report, there were 100 wine bottles scattered on the floor.

According to Fuller, the source of the odor came from the bathroom, where the woman was using her bath tub as a “giant litter box.”

Police called the Board of Health to handle the situation.
