Police Log: Paintball Attack and Cars Broken Into

The following information was supplied by the Winchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Oct. 26, 7:27 a.m. – A Blossom Hill Road resident told police that a rock broke his taillight and a brick dented his trunk.

11:52 a.m. – A Pond Street woman told police that the rear window of her husband’s car was broken, and a tennis Jimmy Chang tennis racket ($100) was stolen.

2:20 p.m. – While driving along Washington Street, a Winchester woman lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a tree on Easton Street.

3:34 p.m. – A Grove Street man told police that his garage door and front door were hit with orange paintballs.

6:50 p.m. – Winchester Police pulled over an Easton man driving along Main Street for having a broken tail light. Police noticed that the man had marijuana in his possession and he was given a citation.

Thursday, Oct. 27, 2:18 p.m. – A Woburn truck driver struck and damaged a stove pipe that was hanging off of Sakura.

8:25 a.m. – A Winchester man told police that high school students have been entering his building complex on Winchester Place and going into the emergency stairwell to smoke. He also said that there has been graffiti on the walls.
