7:58 a.m.: A green Pontiac Grand Am was pulled over at the intersection of Washington Street and Skillings Road after the officer randomly ran the plate numbers. The registration came back active but the car was never inspected. When the officer asked for the drivers’ license, the driver informed the officer that their license was suspended and they did not have the license on them. The vehicle was towed and a criminal citation was issued
