Police Respond to Multiple Crashes in Winchester
Aug. 8
9:29 p.m.: A man visited the police station to report a past motor vehicle accident in the area of Wedgemere Avenue and Calumet Road, according to a police report. Around 3 p.m. a black van or SUV and a bicyclist collided near the intersection, but the bicyclist was unhurt during the incident, according to the report.
Aug. 9
7:56 a.m.: Police called to the intersection of Church and Cambridge Streets for a report of an accident, according to a police report. Two vehicles were towed, and no injuries were reported.
9:45 a.m.: Police responded to Skillings Road on a report of an accident, according to a police report. Both vehicles left the scene, and no injuries were reported.
10:20 a.m.: Police called to the intersection of Calumet Road and Salisbury Street for a report of an accident, according to a police report. One vehicle reportedly crashed into a second parked vehicle. One person was transported to Winchester Hospital, the report adds.
9:44 p.m.: Police responded to a an accident call at the intersection of Washington Street and Mystic Valley Parkway, according to a police report. No tows or transports reported.
