“We’re troubled by the response of the Winchester Police Department to the Wedgemere Train Station on the night of August 6,” Winchester police Lt. Peter MacDonnell told Winchester Patch. “We’re particularly concerned that the officers apparently didn’t assist the conductors by boarding the train and addressing a disturbance on the train.”

According to MacDonnell, the four officers in question are still currently on duty pending the outcome of an investigation. MacDonnell said that the investigation should be completed by Aug. 22.
