Winchester Teen Arrested on Drug Charge in NH
State Police arrest Frank Vozzella on I-95.
A local teen was arrested two weekends ago after a traffic stop in Greenland, NH.
New Hampshire State Police arrested Frank Vozzella, 18, of Winchester, at 12:45 a.m. on March 2, on a possession and transportation of a controlled drug charge.
According to a police blotter sent out by the New Hampshire State Police’s Troop A in Epping, Vozzella was arrested on I-95 in Greenland.

No other information was available about the arrest.
Back in January, Vozzella was arrested on a possession of a controlled drug charge while driving on Route 16 in Portsmouth, NH, according to a Patch blotter post.
