Woburn Man Caught Publically Urinating in Parking Lot

A Woburn man was arrested Sunday afternoon for drinking and driving.

Frederick Graham, III, of Woburn was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and driving with an open container of alcohol.

According to , on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 30, officers observed a black Nissan Frontier pull into the rear parking lot of . Police said that Graham exited the car and urinated in the parking lot.

According to police, Graham was drinking a canned beverage (later determined to be a beer) while urinating. Once he finished, the Woburn resident allegedly threw his empty beer can over the wooden guardrail and onto the Winchester Savings Bank property.

Graham then began to vomit in the parking lot, according to police.

The Woburn resident then got back in his car and began to turn onto Main Street when police pulled him over.

Upon searching the vehicle, officers found three empty beer cans and two bags of marijuana.

Graham was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and driving with an open container of alcohol.
