Review of, and response to, DHCD's comments on the Local Initiative Program (LIP) application and affirmative marketing plan for the five affordable First Time Home Ownership units being constructed as part of the Graystone development; a request from the Housing Corporation of Arlington to consider ways they may be able to support affordable housing initiatives in Winchester; update on the Housing Authority's group home initiative; and the request to endorse the "Welcome Home Massachusetts" campaign initiative.
