Wright-Locke Farm Developer Proposal Presentations

The Board of Selectmen has invited each developer who responded to the Wright-Locke Farm RFP to their Board meeting to make a presentation on their proposal.  Each developer will be allowed fifteen minutes for a formal presentation followed by a twenty-minute question and answer session by the Board of Selectmen and a representative of each stakeholder board.  The proposed schedule is as follows:  8:00 PM, CMC Partners, 8:40 PM, Duffy Properties, 9:20 PM, Northland Residential.  This meeting will be held in the Board of Selectmen's Meeting Room and the public is invited to attend.  Additionally, a public hearing is being planned for the evening of December 12, 2011, time to be determined, at which time all interested parties may provide their comments to the Board of Selectmen on the proposals.
