New State Survey Lets Drivers Sound Off

By Roberto Scalese

Got something to say about the highways in Massachusetts? The state's Department of Transportation wants to hear from you.

new survey released by the department asks drivers about their experiences, satisfaction and frustrations driving along the commonwealth's interstates and numbered highways. The survey focuses primarily on the department itself, and how it communicates closures, changes and other service disruptions.

After asking some demographic information, the survey dives into the topic, asking how you use the roads, whether your satisfied with the department's performance, and about specific methods of communication.

The survey is available to users through Nov. 30, according to the department's announcement.
