PHOTOS: Scott Brown Lunches

The senator enjoyed lunch in downtown Woburn with some Winchester residents on Monday.

The cars drove through downtown Woburn, many beeping, some waving. A man held his hand out the window, a thumb clearly in the air.

"Hey!" yelled Sen. Scott Brown in thanks.

Many Winchester residents traveled across the town limits to join the senator at Cousins, a small Woburn restaurant, Monday afternoon. Surrounded by supporters and residents who dropped in for their own lunch, the senator greeted people and had a sandwich.

"It's a very important city," Brown said of Winchester's neighbor. "We won it last year, we want to win it again."

Although Brown said he has spent a lot of time in Woburn over the years, he had never been to Cousins before.

"It was great," he said. "There was a lot of great support here in Woburn."

While exiting the restaurant, a supporter of Brown's fell, prompting Woburn Police officers on hand to call for an ambulance. The senator quickly got up from his table to check on the woman.

Assisting her to her feet, Brown walked back into Cousins.

"Never a dull moment in Woburn," he commented.
