Poll: Should Mass. Allow Fireworks?

Lawmakers are considering legalizing the sale and use of fireworks in Massachusetts.

If the bill passes, towns would have the ability to approve licenses for retail sale and permits for individual use. 

While it's already legal in 46 other states in the U.S., local fire officials are weary residents using recreational explosives could cause problems for them, according to a Boston.com report.
