Terrence Kennedy Wins Governor's Council Primary
Kennedy will go on to November election.
Terrence Kennedy won the Governor's Council Democratic primary for the 6th district with a win over challenger Francis Flaherty Thursday night. The 6th district includes Winchester.

Terrence Kennedy 18,709 66% Francis Flaherty 9,786 34%Kennedy does not have a Republican challenger on the ballot in the general election this November.
