What steps has the Finance Committee or any other personnel taken to make sure there is no double dipping going on in the Town of Winchester? Like the Joe Lally ordeal. I can't believe this incident has gone unnoticed for so long and the people who knew about this did not report it. How can we be sure that there are not other town workers that are doing the same thing?
