Winchester Interviews Town Manager Candidates [Poll]

On Wednesday, the Board of Selectmen interviewed the four finalists for the Town Manager position -- Andrew R. Bisignani (Saugus Town Manager), Richard C. Howard (Malden Mayor), Andrew W. Maylor (Swampscott Town Administrator) and Thomas G. Younger (Belmont Town Administrator).

The Search Advisory Committee had 54 applicants, one of which was before limiting it to 10 and then eventually four.

After holding one-hour interviews Wednesday, the board plans on spending the week of October 17 visiting each of the candidates’ towns, according to Howley. And the week of October 31, the four candidates will stop by Winchester to meet town employees and officials.
