Winchester Is Third-Highest Republican Town

When it comes to party enrollment, how does Winchester compare to its neighbors?

With less than 15 percent, Winchester still comes in as a more Republican town than surrounding areas.

In the 2010 November elections, about 14.4 percent of voters in Winchester were registered as Republicans. Only Lynnfield at 19.4 percent and Reading at 15.9 percent had a higher party enrollment.

Somerville hits the opposite end with only 4.5 percent of registered Republican voters.
