Insulin Pumpers (Support Group)
Stay fit this holiday season with a class offered by Winchester Hospital's Community Health Institute. From yoga to fitness classes, we can help you avoid gaining those extra pounds this year. Also, for men who are expecting a special delivery just in time for the holidays, the institute is offering a Dad's Baby Basics class. This class teaches new fathers what to expect both before and after their little one arrives. See a complete list of activities offered below.

Insulin Pumpers (Support Group) is a free support group for diabetics who wear an insulin pump or are interested in learning about insulin pump therapy. The group meets the second Saturday of the month.
