Madeline Albright speaking

America’s first female Secretary of State Madeleine Albright returns to Winchester on Friday, April 27th.  Secretary Albright’s visit is in support of Connect & Commit, the community’s service-learning program. Her Town Hall speech, which will be open to the public, will raise funds for Connect & Commit.
