Winchester Reads 2011, Marina Endicott, Author of "Good to a Fault" speaks at McCall Middle Schoolt

Winchester Reads 2011 book is "Good To a Fault" by Marina Endicott, who will be at the McCall Middle School at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1st to talk about her book. What does it mean to be a good Samaritan?  Clara Purdy takes a homeless family into her home and wrestles with the dilemma of doing good and being good.

In a related program, Dr. Scott Seider, author of "Shelter: Where Harvard Meets the Homeless" will speak at the Jenks Center on Tuesday, October 18th at 7:30 p.m.

The library owns multiple copies of both "Good to a Fault" by Marina Endicott, and "Shelter: Where Harvard Meets the Homeless" by Dr. Scott Seider, and both books are also available at a discount at BookEnds.
