Winchester Scouts to Participate in Patriots' Day Weekend

What do the scouting units of Winchester (Webelos of Packs 503, 507, Troops 503, 507 and Venture Crew 507) & Patriots of Massachusetts have in common?

We are uniting with others, as one large group on Patriots' Day Weekend.

Who’s Invited?  ANY youth, grades 4 & up

  • Ages 8-10 must be accompanied by parent
  • Ages 11+ will need parent permission slip (we provide)

When:  Start, 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 17; Ends 8:00 a.m. Monday, April 18.  Activities start & end at the

Sunday – Gathering, movie(s), snacks (including Dutch oven treat), camping in Chidley Hall (bring sleeping bag, pad or cot, tent optional), early to bed!

Monday – Early reveille, as the Patriots' Day annual Battle of Lexington Re-enactment kicks off at 5:30 a.m., snack & drinks on the go, followed by Pancake Breakfast Sponsored by Boy Scout Troop 160 at St. Brigid Church, 8 a.m. breakdown and dismissal in Winchester in Chidley Hall.
