2. Kathy Czeck:

"The next few years are critical years as we work together - parents, teachers, and staff, to implement the strategic plan and plan the new High School. I would like to keep the focus on the students, ensuring we are providing the optimum atmosphere for all types of learners. The goal should be to provide a challenging and supportive educational environment for students at all academic levels, allow students to take a classes at different levels and move between levels as appropriate, and help students balance high achievement with quality of life."

3. Roger Hain:

"I have just finished a 3-year term on the Finance Committee, where I was a member of theEducation Sub-Committee reviewing and developing recommendations for the school budget.I am currently a member of the EFPBC (school building committee), where both the VinsonOwen construction and HS feasibility study are main projects.  Since both my children will beat the HS next year, I would like to have a meaningful opportunity to provide input andfeedback to school issues.  Along with creating a modern educational space the works tomaximize student opportunity and achievement, I think that during the HSrenovation/reconstruction years it is important to minimize disruption to existing students tomaintain the high quality of their educational experience, as well."
