Winchester scouts prepare Wildwood Cemetery for Memorial Day.
Winchester resident Greg Quill was in the air force police for 20 years and served a tour in Ppakistan in 2007
For the last four years, Quill and his family have been placing 2,000 flags around Wildwood Cemetery in honor of veterans for Memorial Day. This year, Quilll enlisted the help of the Winchester High School wrestling team and the local cub scout troop, to help honor the veterans with the placing of the flags.
