The Winchester Field Development Council has started construction on the structure at . The park will house over 350 dedicated bricks and 40 plaques once completed. The design and construction of the park is being performed by Zen Associates of Woburn, MA.
According to Paul Manganaro, President of the Winchester Field Development Council, the park will be a tribute to the town for its support during the project.
