Ageless Yoga
Ageless Yoga is a 10-week yoga class that is ideal for loosening up the muscles and joints that tighten with age and cause discomfort, reduced mobility, stiffness and pain. This class will incorporate modified yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation methods.
Date: Every Monday, November 21 – February 6, 2012 (No class 12/26 & 1/2)
Time: 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
