FREE CrossFit Intro Class at Mountain Strength CrossFit
Instruction in CrossFit includes basic to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic and martial conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, olympic weightlifting, medicine ball training, and basic gymnastics.
