High School Athlete Summer Strength and Speed Camp
Mountain Strength CrossFit is currently enrolling high school athletes in our 10 week Sports Performance summer programs which runs M/W 3:30 pm - 4:30pm June 18 - August 27.
The program provides young athletes with an opportunity to build a solid athletic foundation while also working towards their sport-specific or individual goals. We cap each program at 10 athletes in order to ensure that each athlete receives personal attention from our trainers on a daily basis.
