Winchester Town-Wide Scouting Recruitment Night Announced for Wednesday, 9/17!

Do you have school-aged children? Interested in learning more about the fun and fulfilling activities that Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venturing Scouts provides?
Come join us on Wednesday, September 17th from anytime between 6:30 – 8:00 pm at Crawford Memorial United Methodist Church (34 Dix Street, Winchester) to learn more about what scouting is all about. Get all of your questions answered and register your child for scouting, if your child wants to give Scouting a try.
Representatives from all levels of Scouting will be on hand to provide more information. Girl Scouts welcomes all girls in grades K (Daisy Scouts) – 12th grade. Cub Scouts is for boys beginning in 1st grade (Tiger Cubs) – 5th grade (or 7-10 years old). Boy Scouts welcomes boys starting at age 11, or at least 10 years old who have completed the 5th grade – 17 years old.
Enjoy zip lining, rock climbing, white water rafting, or just having fun outdoors with friends? Venturing Scouts may be for you! Venturing Scouts is a unique, high adventure program for girls and boys from ages 14 – 20 (or 13 and have completed 8th grade).
Come and learn more about all of the fun experiences and unique opportunities Scouting offers at the Winchester Town-Wide Scout Recruitment Night on Wednesday, September 17th from 6:30 – 8:00 PM at Crawford Memorial United Methodist Church, 34 Dix Street, Winchester.
