TheWinchester boys varsity beat Wakefield Saturday night, 60-58. Although the Warriors had the lead at the half, the Sachems outscored Wakefield 31-28 in the second half and forced the game to overtime before defeating Wakefield.

The Sachems Pete Miller again dominated down low, controlling the post as he lead all scorers with 24 points.

The Winchester girls team also had success against Wakefield. The Sachems came out strong against the Warriors early in the game, going up 18-11 at the end of the first half. Shelby Santini led Winchester with 12 points as the Sachems defeated Wakefield, 47-35.
