Rotary Club Collecting Household Items for Local Families in Need

The Winchester Rotary Club is collection bed comforters, blankets, sheets, towels, cooking and eating utensils, coffee kettles or kitchen appliances like toaster or microwaves and similar items you may not need anymore for the Mission of Deeds.

The Rotary Club will be collecting these items at the transfer station on Saturday, October 26 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.. Look for the Mission’s white truck near the leaf drop-off. 

Mission of Deed is a volunteer charity founded by Winchester Rotarian Tony Trigione. They specialize in giving beds, furniture and household items without charge to those in need. The Mission has assisted 10,000 families in Middlesex and Essex Counties for the past 20 years.

So search the house for items you can part with and come out to the Transfer Station on October 26.
