Monday Essentials: Craft Beer Cellar to Host Brewmaster Jack Beer Tasting

Here is a sampling of five things going on Aug. 19-23 in Winchester:
1. Craft Beer Cellar New England Annex will be hosting a Brewmaster Jack beer tasting event from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, according to Craft Beer Cellar's Facebook page.
2. The Winchester Board of Appeal meets at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at Town Hall in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, according to the town website.
3. Seniors can enjoy a game of Texas Hold'em poker at 1 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Jenks Senior Center website.
4. Winchester Public Library will be hosting an Afternoon Book Club from 1-2:15 p.m. Tuesday in the Small Meeting Room, according to the library website.
5. There will be a School Committee session at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Board of Selectmen's Meeting Room at Town Hall, according to the town website.
