Led by the Pastor, Reverend Thomas Nestor, St. Eulalia is a Roman Catholic Church located at the edge of Winchester. It has a number of parish groups devoted to a variety of different causes, from ministering to the sick and bereaved to support groups for divorced or separated couples. The parish has a music ministry, a youth group, as well as prayer and spiritual groups.

Students can take religious education classes from kindergarten through the seventh grade when they receive confirmation. Adults interested in continuing in the faith can take RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) classes.

The church also supports the archdiocesan ARISE movement, which tries to deepen an individual's faith in Jesus through discussion and meeting groups.
