Winchester Home, Condo Sales Up in 2012

Both home and condo sales in Winchester finished higher in 2012 compared to 2011, according to data released by The Warren Group.

Both home and condo sales in Winchester finished higher in 2012 compared to 2011, according to data released by The Warren Group., publisher of Banker & Tradesman, which tracks real estate trends. Condominium sales in Winchester saw a nearly 22 percent increase in 2012 compared to 2011. Meanwhile, the sale of single-family homes in Winchester increased by 14.36 percent in 2012 compared to the previous year.  As for December 2012, Winchester condo sales saw a spike of nearly 67 percent compared to 2011. Winchester home sales increased 40 percent in December 2012 compared to the previous year.
