When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.] Deer Killed in Motor Vehicle Accident At 11:46 a.m. Feb. 20, police called to Forest Street for a report of a motor vehicle hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of a deer. A Winchester witness recorded the license plate number of the suspect vehicle which was a 2007 Lincoln Town Car, according to police. Police found an 80-pound doe laying in the eastbound lane of Forest Street and appeared to be deceased. Lady relax. The accident happened on a state road therefore the state police would come and do the report. Although local police would responded because they are closer the state would do the actual report and Im sure the patch does no get police reports from the state.
