Winchester Police Log: Arlington Man Accused of Drunk Driving

When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.] Arlington Man Accused of Drunk Driving At 6:05 p.m. March 3, Winchester Police responded conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Rangeley Road and Church Street. Evan Antonucci, 23, of 90 Thesda Road, Arlington, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehice under the influence of intoxicating liquor, marked lanes violation and speeding. The arrest came after Antonucci allegedly was unable to successfully complete sobriety tests, according to police. Antonucci was released on personal recognizance, according to police. Winchester Police Log: SUV Runs Over Signs at Traffic Island

When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.] Vehicle Runs Over Signs At 4:28 p.m. Feb. 27, Winchester Police were called to the intersection of Everett Avenue and Bacon Street on a report of a hit-and-run single vehicle accident. A vehicle, described as a Land Rover-type SUV, reportedly ran over a "Keep Right" sign and also a "Down to Earth" landscaping sign. Police found tire tracks in the mud, according to the log. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.] Two Motor Vehicle Accidents in Winchester Winchester Police recently responded to a pair of motor vehicle accidents. At 7:50 a.m. Feb. 22, police were called to the intersection of Johnson Road and Ridge Street on a report of a two-vehicle accident. No one was injured during the crash, and both vehicles were able to drive from the scene after sustaining only moderate damage, according to police. Police Log: Deer Killed in Accident, Theft at Winchester Salon & More

When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.] Deer Killed in Motor Vehicle Accident At 11:46 a.m. Feb. 20, police called to Forest Street for a report of a motor vehicle hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of a deer. A Winchester witness recorded the license plate number of the suspect vehicle which was a 2007 Lincoln Town Car, according to police. Police found an 80-pound doe laying in the eastbound lane of Forest Street and appeared to be deceased.
