Grand Jury Indicts Three in Connection with 2007 Saugus Fatal Hit and Run The Essex County Grand Jury returned indictments late on Friday, December 28 charging two Winchester men and a Revere woman with conspiracy and misleading investigators in connection to the January 5, 2007 hit-and-run deaths of Tina Tello and Christopher Zullo. Michael S. Tranchita, Jr., 33, of 63 Harvard Street, Winchester is charged with leaving the scene of a death, conspiracy, and 2 counts of misleading a potential witness. His father, Michael S. A Tewksbury man whose place of employment is listed as Winchester Hospital and his brother, a college professor also from Tewksbury, are facing felony child pornography charges after being arrested on Thursday, Dec. 20. Robert C. Fierimonte, 50, and Steven Fierimonte, 43, a professor of mathematics at both Bunker Hill Community College in Charlestown and Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner, were arrested by Tewksbury detectives at their residence at 100 Prospect Hill Drive in Tewksbury. Details regarding the case are limited as the investigation is ongoing, according to Tewksbury Police Chief Timothy Sheehan.
