But he was hard at work before long. Gardner was among the group of on and off duty emergency personnel who saved the life of a man who had a cardiac episode in the stands on Thursday morning. Boston Man Charged With Assaulting, Injuring Pregnant Woman: A 26-year-old Boston man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly holding a pregnant woman against her will in a Tewksbury motel and then beating her when she tried to escape. Mark Silvia, of 39 Boylston St, was arrested after police responded to a 911 call from a guest at the Motel Caswell, reporting a possible domestic assault in the adjacent room. According to the Tewksbury Police report, further investigation revealed that Silvia had held the victim against her will in the motel room for over two-and-a-half hours.
