ReplyIt sounds as though potential parking fees would be quite nominal and far less than a current parking ticket. The machines in Boston are easy to operate. So I don't hink that this would be onerous.

ReplyWhile moving WHS could be an option, but would effectively take the entire property, Also with the property's sunk cost of acquistion, the total cost to the community would be at about the $85 MM range. The historic character of the property would be lost and the surrounding streets would need to be reconstructed to accommodate the increased traffic flow to the West Side daily and parking for virtually the entire school population. Also, the connection between the Town center and the business community would be severed. These would all have to be considered.

ReplyA few faves of mine. For general fiction Water for Elephantsis a great read, for mysteries the Franklin Series from Mistress of Death Series from Ariana Franklin set in the middle Ages. which is interesting from a historical perspective as well a trmendous read. Biography and historical should include almost anything by David McCullough or Doris Kearns Goodwin. If your interested in the Financial Meltdown both House of Cards and Too Big to Fail are pertinent.

As constituent, I've seen him many times in the district as well as at Fenway Park! I've been astounded by his knowledge of local events and issues and his genuine understanding of those local issues as well as national issues. He is always open to hearing from constituents and is is genuinely responsive. I can't imagine a better informed or better suited representative for his district or for Massachusetts, should it come to that!
